Rally Day 2: Gerardmer to Lindau

Highlights:

As we were leaving France, we stopped at a McDonalds to see if the French version was better.

Our verdict: YES.

Things to try:

- Mango Parfait (layers of cream and mango puree)

- Chicken wings (they'e fried!)

- Fries (they won't make you feel sick)

Happy meals seem creepy with eyes... but the mango parfait is sooooo good!!!)

We then went to Germany to Schlushee (the edge of the Black Forest)

-Pike is good!

Beautiful drive to LIndau

- There are a whole lot of vineyards out here.

Lindau itself:

-The sky was an unbelievable color after dinner.

-I'd like to come back and spend more time exploring!

-I have now eaten way too much and have gained many many pounds!

Lindau is a beautiful town! I wish we had more time to wander.
